Tiger Woods’ Sun Day Red brand is starting off the 2025 golf season in a big way.
Ahead of The Players Championship this week, the brand is paying homage to Tiger Woods’ first U.S. Amateur championship in 1994 with the launch of the ’94 Legends Collection. Woods won his first championship when he beat Trip Kuehne 2 up at TPC Sawgrass.
The new collection takes us back to 1994 with the iconic polo that Tiger Woods wore during the event in three different colorways, including the peach and white made famous by a photograph. In addition to that color, the polo will come in black and white and blue and black as well.
The Vintage AM Stripe Polo is a modern take on a vintage look, in a modern fabric expressly engineered to keep you cool in the heat.
Sun Day Red’s Tiger Woods’ inspiration

With it being Tiger Woods’ brand, paying homage to the event makes a lot of sense, especially with the iconic photo of Woods in that peach and white polo.
Here’s how Sun Day Red describes the inspiration behind the product line itself:
Tiger’s first of three U.S. Amateur titles came in 1994 at TPC Sawgrass, fueled by arguably his greatest comeback. Six down through 13 holes, he fought back and squared the match on the 35th hole, Sawgrass’s famous par-3 17th with a birdie putt from the fringe, then closed it out with a par on the final hole for a 1-up victory. The grit, focus and never-give-up attitude he displayed was a harbinger of what was to come. Thirty-one years later, watch for him wearing this polo in 2025.
The polo is available now on Sun Day Red’s website, retailing for $125. At time of publication, all sizes in all colors are available.
Make sure to grab yourself a polo so you can not only feel comfortable but look stylish on the golf course as well.
