LOOK: US Open Edition Nike Air Pegasus ’89 golf shoes

A new colorway of the Nike Air Pegasus ’89 golf shoes will release for the US Open this Summer

The next golf major isn’t far away with the US Open taking place on Father’s Day weekend from June 13-16th at  Pinehurst Resort & C.C. Course No. 2. The 124th edition of the event will pit the best golfers on the PGA Tour as well as LIV competing to take home the storied major.

And some Nike athletes will do so in style.

With just under a month to go until the event, we have the first look at the new Nike Air Pegasus ’89 Golf shoe that is designed for the US Open. This shoe gets dressed in navy blue, light blue, grey and white, showcasing its sleek design.

The navy blue appears on the laces, SWOOSH, and lining of the shoe while light blue is spotted on the heel tab, the midsole and lace locks. White and grey with a print near the toe box round out this design that Nike will roll out in the coming weeks.

When will the Nike Air Pegasus ’89 Golf US Open shoes drop?

With the tournament not being too far away, these should release sometime in the next few weeks with the next step being the company officially announcing it. The announcement should come with a few more pairs of shoes, sticking to the same theme as this plus some gear as well.

These should retail for $140 and will be released online at Nike.com.
