The 2024 LIV Golf Singapore is now in the books, with Brooks Koepka emerging as the winner. He shot a 3-under 68 in the final round to claim the league’s seventh event of the 2024 season. His victory was his fourth on the Saudi-backed circuit. Other notable players included Cameron Smith and Marc Leishman, who finished T-2, two shots behind Koepka at 13 under.
Brooks Koepka proved to be in top form with just two weeks to go before he defends his PGA Championship title at Valhalla Golf Club. Koepka had stated before the start of LIV Golf Singapore that he was concerned about the quality of his game, as he had not been getting the results he had hoped for during the season.
Several top tour players who will also be at Valhalla had strong finishes at LIV Golf Singapore. Cam Smith finished second, while Tyrrell Hatton finished fifth. Dustin Johnson and Joaquin Niemann tied for 7th and Jon Rahm (T10) earned his sixth Top 10s and seventh Top 20 in the seven tournaments played during the season.
The 2024 LIV Golf Singapore was held at the Serapong Course, Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore. The course, widely regarded as one of the world’s most sustainable golf courses, is a par 71 stretching 7,406 yards. Nestled on the luxurious Sentosa Island, the course is criss-crossed by streams and lakes, with jungle on one side and a reef just beyond the fairway.
